We want you to be fully satisfied with your new board, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. If your shape isn't the perfect fit for your riding style, we are here to help you find the right one.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused equipment in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange board within 5-7 business days.
